The Comfort™ FMA4 fan coil, designed for multi-family applications, can be purchased with either a standard-efficiency, fixed-speed or high-efficiency, multi-speed blower motor. Its compact size is space saving and can be wall hung or flush mounted for easy replacement and access.

The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
